Semi Permanent Lip Blush

Lip Blush is a semi permanent makeup procedure that produces a "just bitten, soft lip tint," a more defined lip shape, and overall color to your lips. This procedure involves the manual process of inserting pigment into the upper layers of the skin on your lips. The initial color will appear more intense, but after they are fully healed it will become a perfectly tinted amount of color.  **LIPS MUST BE VIRGIN LIPS, NO PREVIOUS PMU MAKEUP* *A 4-6 WEEK TOUCHUP IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO FULLY COMPLETE THE PROCESS*
